Roof Re-Treatment & Maintenance Plans in Madeira Beach
One treatment buys time. A plan keeps buying it, with regular checks and follow-up treatment timed by what the shingles show, not by the calendar.
What a plan is
After a first shingle treatment, the sun keeps working on the roof. A maintenance plan puts that roof on a multi-year cycle. We come back, test the shingles, and re-treat when they need it.
Treatment extends shingle life by 5 to 7 years. The plan keeps watch so that benefit is renewed on purpose, instead of being forgotten until the gutters fill with grit again.
What you get on a plan
Periodic checks
We return and test the shingles the same way we did the first time.
A straight call each visit
Re-treat now, or wait. You hear which, and the reason for it.
Re-treatment when due
Once a check says the shingles need it, you get the follow-up price first. Then we set a date.
Small faults caught early
Lifted flashing or a loose shingle found at a check is handled in a tune-up before it grows.
Plan questions
How often do you come back?
- There is no fixed interval. We set the next check from how the roof looks at this one, and slopes that bake in the afternoon sun tend to need a closer eye.
How is a plan priced?
- Each check and each re-treatment is quoted before it happens, exactly as the first treatment was. No number reaches an invoice that you did not agree first.
Can I join if someone else treated the roof?
- Yes, once the roof has had an assessment. We need to see where it stands before planning anything around it.
Does a plan cover tile?
- Plans are built around shingle re-treatment. Tile roofs are handled through tile cleaning and sealing, quoted on their own.
