Commercial & HOA Roof Rejuvenation in Madeira Beach
Boards and building managers need a number they can take into a meeting. We assess every shingle roof in the program and hand over firm figures, building by building.
Built for shared roofs
Multi-unit homes
Townhome rows and low-rise condo buildings with pitched shingle roofs.
HOA communities
Several roofs planned and priced as one program.
Churches
Sanctuaries and halls, worked around services and events.
Light commercial
Offices and small retail buildings under asphalt shingle.
What the board has in hand before voting
Figures you can approve or reject, with no work started until you do.
You receive
- A condition call on each roof in the program
- A firm price per building and a total for the program
- A proposed order of work
- Dates you can pass on to residents or tenants
Not something we take on
- Flat or metal commercial roofs
- Leak or storm-damage repair
- Full roof replacement
Working around the people inside
Residents still need to park, tenants still need to open, and congregations still gather. We set the order of buildings and the days for each so the disruption is short and announced ahead of time.
On the day, cars and walkways near the eaves are cleared or covered, plantings are protected, and the crew moves on once a building is finished and tidy. A typical roof takes a few hours; bigger ones take longer.
From first call to last roof
Walkthrough
We meet the manager or board contact and see the roofs together.
Assessment
Each roof is checked. Any that need a tune-up or soft wash first are flagged.
Firm figures
One price per building, totalled for the whole program.
Scheduled work
Buildings are treated in the agreed order, with notice given before each one.
Managing more than one roof?
Call to arrange a walkthrough. The board gets the figures before anyone decides.
