Before we talk price, we look at the shingles. Some roofs are good candidates; some are not. Telling you which is the most useful thing we can do.
When treatment does fit, you should know what you are buying. On shingles that are still sound, expect roughly 5 to 7 extra years of service. It is a way to get more from the roof you have, not a cure for leaks or storm damage.
If your roof needs a roofer instead, you will hear that from us first.
