How the treatment works
Asphalt gives shingles their waterproofing, and it relies on natural oils to stay pliable. Florida sun drives those oils out year after year until the shingles stiffen and start losing granules.
Our treatment is a plant-based formula sprayed evenly over the roof. It works its way into the asphalt, restoring some of that lost pliability so the shingles flex in the wind and keep their protective granules longer.
